Welcome to betwiner.run. This Terms & Conditions document ("Terms") governs all rules for using the betwiner platform. By accessing the betwiner.run website or mobile app, creating an account, or using any of our services, you are deemed to have fully accepted these Terms.

Betwiner is committed to providing transparent services at all times. That's why we've made every effort to write these terms in plain, accessible language. If anything is still unclear, Help Center Ask in Bangla.

To open an account with betwiner, the following conditions must be met:

If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, all accounts will be closed and their balances may be forfeited. If multiple members of the same household use betwiner from the same device or IP address, please notify support in advance.

Keep your account password and login details strictly confidential. Allowing others to use your account is prohibited. betwiner will hold you responsible for all activity carried out under your account.

You'll need to add funds to your account before placing bets on betwiner. We support the payment methods most widely used in Bangladesh.

Deposited funds are usually credited to your account instantly. If there is a delay for any reason, please wait 15 minutes. If the funds still have not appeared, contact support with your transaction ID. If a deposit fails and an amount was deducted, it will be refunded automatically — typically within 3–7 business days.

When you win at betwiner, getting your money back should be quick and straightforward — that's a core principle for us. That said, a few rules apply:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 (via bKash/Nagad/Rocket), ৳1,000 by card
• Same Payment Method: Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for your deposit — if you need to use a different method, please contact support
• With KYC completed: bKash/Nagad within 3–15 minutes, card payments within 1–3 business days
• Without KYC: Withdrawals exceeding ৳10,000 may require additional verification
• Bonus Balance: The bonus portion cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met
• Suspicious Activity: Withdrawals may be temporarily held if fraud is suspected — once verified, they will be processed promptly

You can cancel a withdrawal request as long as it is still showing as "pending". Once the status changes to "sent", cancellation is no longer possible.

Betwiner's bonus system is designed to give players added value. However, receiving a bonus does not mean it can be withdrawn immediately — certain conditions must be met first.

The wagering requirement refers to how many times the bonus amount must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 5× requirement means you must place a total of ৳5,000 in bets across any games. Each bet counts toward the requirement only after it has been fully settled.

Betwiner reserves the right to void bonuses if there is evidence of bonus abuse or manipulation. This includes claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, placing coordinated opposing bets (advantage play/arbitrage), and using risk-free betting strategies.

The following rules apply when placing bets on betwiner. Familiarizing yourself with them will help avoid any confusion later.

In live betting, odds change from moment to moment. The odds displayed at the time you place your bet are the ones that apply at confirmation. If you see an "Odds Changed" message, you will have the option to accept or decline the new odds.

The Cash Out feature lets you retrieve part or all of your stake before the original bet is settled. The Cash Out value depends on current market conditions and may be lower than your potential original return.

Betwiner is committed to maintaining a fair and safe environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Multiple Accounts: Holding multiple accounts under one person — for any purpose
• Bonus Abuse: Creating new accounts to claim bonuses, or claiming bonuses across multiple family members' accounts
• Match Fixing: Colluding with others to predetermine the outcome of a match or bet
• Software used: Betting via bots, scripts, or automated software
• Money Laundering: Attempting to launder money through betwiner
• Hacking: Attempting unauthorized access to the system, odds manipulation
• False Identity: Operating an account under someone else's name or identity

If any of the above activities are detected, betwiner may immediately close the account, forfeit the balance, and take legal action where applicable. Such decisions are final and the right to appeal is limited.

KYC (Know Your Customer) is the identity verification process that betwiner follows in line with international regulations. It's also an important safeguard for your own security.

KYC verification may be required in the following situations:

• When making a large withdrawal (৳10,000 or more) for the first time
• If unusual activity is detected on the account
• When requested by betwiner at any time

You will typically need to submit a clear photo of your National ID (NID), passport, or driving licence, along with a recent utility bill or bank statement (within the last 3 months). Once KYC is completed, you won't need to go through the process again.

Betwiner believes betting should be a form of entertainment — not a source of income. That's why we treat responsible gaming not just as a policy, but as a practical benefit we actively provide.

Players can set the following limits on their own accounts:

• Deposit Limit: Maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit
• Bet Limit: Maximum stake per single bet
• Loss Limit: Maximum loss allowed within a set time period
• Session Time Limit: Maximum playtime per session
• Cooling-Off: Taking a break from 24 hours to 30 days
• Self-Exclusion: Long-term or permanent account closure

Your account may be closed or suspended in the following circumstances:

• At the player's own request — at any time
• Closure due to a terms violation — by betwiner
• Failure to complete KYC verification — after the specified deadline
• Due to prolonged inactivity (no activity for 12 months)

A monthly maintenance fee may be deducted from inactive accounts after 12 months. This fee applies only until the balance reaches zero. If you wish to have your account fully deleted, please withdraw your balance first.

If your account is closed due to a terms violation, you may request a refund of your deposited balance (excluding bonuses) — though betwiner's decision will be final, subject to investigation.

Protecting your personal data is betwiner's top priority. Here is what we collect:

• At registration: name, date of birth, phone number, email
• During KYC: proof of identity, proof of address
• Automatically: IP address, device information, usage patterns

If you have a complaint or dispute, please first Help Center to get it resolved. Most issues are settled within 24 hours.

If your issue isn't resolved via live chat, email support@betwiner.run with full details. Include your transaction ID, date, and a description of the problem. betwiner will send an initial response within 48 hours.

For complex disputes, betwiner follows an independent arbitration process. Both parties' information and evidence are considered before a final decision is reached.
